We are happy to announce Release 7.12 of GP Travel Enterprise that introduces the integration with Hotels supplier Smyrooms, Israeli Hotels suppliers Silverbyte and Isrotel, the integration with new online payment gateways Openpay and UniTeller, includes new features of the existing functionality, enhancements in available modules as well as overall capabilities of the system.

  1.  Inventory:
    – New parameter “Taxes included” in tariff of self-operated products
    – Adding Cancellation Policy as text for self-operated products
  2.  Self-operated hotels:
    – Adding internal rating for hotels with 0.5 step
    – Settings and tracking of No Show for hotels
    – Check-in and Check-out time as range from/to
  3.  Back-Office (BO):
    – Specific markups calculation (margin basis)
    – Search hotels by service “Adults only”
    – Display of information on price adjustment in reservation history
    – Settings of Cancellation Policy for external suppliers in hotel description
    – Hotels grouping: option to display prices from direct contracts only
    – Special offer description on search results
    – Room types display on the list of reservations
    – New notifications on reservation request and change of reservation status to In Progress
  4.  Enhancements in new interface for B2B and B2C:
    – Search hotels by service “Adults only”

    – Search of transfers from/to a certain hotel (Hotelbeds)
    – Filters for the list of rooms
    – Display of Cancellation Policy as text
    – Display of client name (company) and original supplier for TO1
  5.  API:
    – Search hotels by service “Adults only”
    – New parameters phone and email in POST /prepareAccommodationBook
    – Search and book under Tour Operator of 1st level for Tour Operators of 2nd level
    – Get private clients of Tour Operators of 2nd level and Travel Agencies by company ID
    – Sending voucher from reservation to entered email(s)
    – Search of transfers from/to a certain hotel (Hotelbeds)
    – Search of flights by IATA code of city or airport
    – Corporate sales
    – Errors and warnings handling – extension of information
