Our team is happy to announce the rollout of GP Travel Enterprise 8.13. We have implemented valuable improvements to make your travel management processes more efficient.
This release is about the optimized search&book process, UI and back-office improvements, and recent API changes.
Today, we’re announcing:
New website capabilities
- Please welcome the On the search form of hotels, it is now possible to set the parameter “Citizenship” as mandatory and move it to the main options.
Please contact your CSM manager or technical support to switch on this option. - We optimized Extra Options on the search form of Activities. Only two types of activities can be used now for searching: Private and Shared (without Walking).
HDI: new filters
- For more convenient work with hotel search results before booking, new filters are added on the hotel description page: Meal Type, Availability, Room Type.
Search results page: Netto prices for TO2
- It is possible to display Netto prices under Tour operator 2 level access on the Website now.
Please contact your CSM manager or technical support to switch on this option.
Reservations: Voucher send to E-mail
- The voucher for confirmed service can be sent to E-mail now, not only downloaded.
Back-Office improvements
New Suppliers
- We added a new hotel supplier Sabre & ASISTOUR to our Travel Suppliers List.
Rate Shop Comparison (Booking.com)
- Now we have the integration with an external system Zyte that may provide Booking.com rates for comparison with the rates available on your website. In the case of using Zyte, we may add the logic of the Rate Shop display on your website to see both rates for comparison.
Note: as there is no possibility to compare rooms, the comparison is to be available for the cheapest offer only.
API enhancements
- API changes regard Companies, Accommodations and Orders. You can get details on API improvements here and in our Release 8.13 Presentation. If API changes affect the API methods you use, please, make the needed adjustments on your side.
